A lot of consumers are saying that health insurance plans are so complicated that they have trouble selecting one that’s suitable to them. The General Insurance Association of Japan issued these brochures, responding to those who had been asking for a brochure that easily understandable for the elderly.
Bright Co., Ltd. established our unique UD guideline based on requests from the elderly who have trouble reading or who want an explanatory brochure. Voice codes are installed to the brochures for those who have difficulties reading.
We’ve received positive feedback not only from the elderly, but also from the young, who were not very familiar with health insurance, on the explicitness of the brochures. We were also asked to revise other brochures to be more understandable.
